Domestic and foreign attorneys seeking admission pro hac vice to appear in State and Superior Courts of Georgia should review Rule 4.4 of the Uniform Superior Court Rules and its Appendix.

Domestic and foreign attorneys seeking admission pro hac vice to appear before the State Board of Workers' Compensation should review the State Board of Workers' Compensation Rule 102(a)(3), which requires out-of-state attorneys to comply with Rule 4.4 of the Uniform Superior Court Rules and its Appendix.
