Veronica Rogusky Cox Installed as Secretary of State Bar of Georgia Young Lawyers Division

ATLANTA –Veronica Rogusky Cox, trial attorney with the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Atlanta District Office, was installed as secretary of the Young Lawyers Division (YLD) of the State Bar of Georgia on June 3 during the organization’s Annual Meeting at Amelia Island, Florida.

Cox earned her law degree from Mercer University Walter F. George Law School and was admitted to the State Bar of Georgia in 2018. She began her legal career with Smith, Gilliam, Williams & Miles, P.A., in Gainesville prior to joining EEOC in 2020.

Prior to her election as YLD secretary, Cox has served as co-chair of the YLD’s Georgia Legal Food Frenzy Committee and as a member of the YLD’s Board of Directors. She is a 2022 graduate of the YLD Leadership Academy.
