Congratulations to new Solicitor General Gregory Sasser

To the Editor:
The State Bar of Georgia congratulates Brunswick Judicial Circuit Regional Alternate Defender Gregory N. Sasser on his appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as solicitor general of Bacon County.
Mr. Sasser will be well served by his eight years of experience in the legal profession, which includes private law practice, service as assistant district attorney and staff attorney for the Superior Court of the Waycross Judicial Circuit and, most recently, maintaining all initial conflict appointed cases throughout the Brunswick Circuit.
Through his acceptance of this appointment, Solicitor General Sasser demonstrates his continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish him well in his new position.
