Congratulations to new Solicitor General Jared Roberts

To the Editor:
The State Bar of Georgia congratulates Jared L. Roberts, owner and founder of Jared L. Roberts Attorney at Law LLC in Douglas on his appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve as solicitor general of Coffee County.
Mr. Roberts will be well served by his 15 years of experience in the legal profession, which includes private law practice and service as a judge for the Broxton Municipal Court, as an assistant public defender for the Waycross Judicial Circuit and as an adjunct professor of business law at South Georgia State College.
Through his acceptance of this appointment, Solicitor General Roberts demonstrates his continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish him well in his new position.
