The Elder Law Section promotes the development of substantive skills of attorneys working with older clients by offering continuing education programs. Through meetings and a newsletter, the Section monitors and reports on legislation, case law and regulations related to elder law. The Section undertakes studies of emerging topics in the field of elder law.
