On behalf of the State Bar of Georgia, I would like to express congratulations to Middle Judicial Circuit Superior Court Judge Kathy S. Palmer of Swainsboro on her recent installation as president of the Georgia Council of Superior Court Judges.
All Georgians will benefit from Judge Palmer's leadership of the commission, which works to further the improvement of the superior courts and the administration of justice in Georgia. She brings 38 years of experience in the legal profession and more than 16 years of service as a Superior Court judge to the office.
Judge Palmer's acceptance of this post is evidence of her continued dedication to serving the public and the justice system. We wish her well in this new position of statewide leadership.
