Consultations

While the Law Practice Management Program offers a telephone helpline, library check-out of books and CDs,and many sample forms and checklists, sometimes the law firm can benefit from an in-depth evaluation of existing procedures based on a personal visit by a LPM consultant.

Consultations are generally limited to one day (approximately eight hours) and are priced at just $37.50 per hour for a sole practitioner, $62.50 per hour for 2-4 attorney firms, $87.50 per hour for 5-9 attorney firms, and $187.50 per hour for firms of 10 or more attorneys. All associated expenses (including travel) are included.

There are two types of consultations:

• The Technical Consultation involves training you and your staff on the most effective use of a variety of popular law office software applications.
• The General Consultation deals with law office management processes necessary to maximize a firm's day-to-day operational effectiveness by identifying and isolating those issues you may feel are slowing you down. A General Consultation is followed by a written assessment of the areas discussed and our consultant's recommendations thereon.
