Congratulations to Judge Padgett on state board appointment

To the Editor:
The State Bar of Georgia congratulates Columbia Judicial Circuit Superior Court Judge Wade Padgett on his appointment by Gov. Brian Kemp to serve on the Georgia Criminal Case Data Exchange Board.
All Georgians will benefit from Judge Padgett’s service on the board, which promulgates rules with respect to courts receiving criminal case filings electronically and the exchange of data between agencies and entities from inception to conclusion.
With his acceptance of this appointment, Judge Padgett demonstrates his continued commitment to serving the public and the justice system. We wish him well in this position of statewide leadership.
