Georgia Small Business/Nonprofit COVID-19 Remote Pro Bono Clinic

The Georgia Small Business/Nonprofit COVID-19 Pro Bono Clinic is an opportunity for Georgia small businesses with fewer than 25 employees as well as 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations who have suffered adversely from the impact of the COVID-19 crisis to receive free legal advice during a 45-minute remote consultation with a volunteer attorney, helping small business owners and nonprofits navigate the CARES Act, or questions related to employment, commercial leases, contract enforcement, insolvency/bankruptcy and insurance.

Potential clients must request an appointment in order to receive a phone-based or video-call consultation by filling out and submitting this screening form

PLEASE NOTE: For this project, the Pro Bono Resource Center is only able to serve small businesses with fewer than 25 employees and 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations.

How to Request an Appointment

  • Please fill out our screening form to request an appointment.
  • Once you submit your screening form, an attorney will follow-up by phone or email within 3 business days to confirm logistics for the remote consultation.
